I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, sexuality and gender identity exploration, trauma, abuse, substance use, career exploration, and family of origin ruptures.

Prior to psychotherapy, I worked with transitional aged youth and adults for nearly two decades in academic settings in both career counseling and academic support roles.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy running, practicing the trumpet, and spending time exploring San Francisco with my family and friends.
